PMG hosts CDE open day: A showcase of innovation, recycling and progress

On 11th and 12th June 2025, PMG proudly hosted an exclusive Open Day event in collaboration with CDE, bringing together industry leaders, partners, and clients for a behind the scenes look at our state of the art 25T/hr Recycling Plant and new PMG HQ development at Severn Beach.

This two day event was more than just a site visit — it was a milestone celebration of innovation, sustainability, and future focused growth!

Why we opened our doors

As we transition from our longstanding depot in St Philips to our new home, this Open Day was a chance to:

  • Showcase the cutting edge wet processing technology designed and built by CDE.
  • Share the vision behind our investment in the Severn Beach site.
  • Demonstrate how our new facility will help us deliver even more efficient, sustainable, and compliant recycling solutions for the South West.

What guests experienced

Attendees were given a guided tour of the site, saw live equipment demonstrations, and had the opportunity to speak directly with our team and the engineers from CDE. Guests also enjoyed networking over refreshments while exploring how our new facility will:

  • Process and recover more material from road sweepings and gully waste.
  • Deliver cleaner recycled aggregates for reuse.
  • Support PMG’s goal of becoming a zero to landfill business.
